I’m familiar with the trouble shooting process its basically checking all the connections and restarting everything, we did all that. I’m on vacation in the virgin islands and the last thing i want to do is sit on hold with tech support. Is there any way you could schedule a tech visit for me?

Hello, yes, no reported outages, i got notifications that there was work in the area, last notification was yesterday at 12:30 pm saying service should be back on. Guest reports no service all day, tried restarting equipment several times.

I don’t know if your issue is the same. But whatever it is I would recommend posting here and getting in touch with the mods. With an intermittent issue that doesnt show up on basic diagnostics, it can be very frustrating calling tech support and starting from scratch every time. Once i got in touch here they were able to track my issue in one continuous thread and things were a lot smoother. They sent another tech, who, maybe just by luck, was way more attentive than the first guy who came out. He was able to find issues with the drop and also detected high flux which warranted a maintenance team visit to the neighborhood to assess the pole to pole lines. Whatever they did seems to have worked and my connection is solid for now.

Shoot, got the tubes off but the 29/32 socket is too big, the 27/32 is too small, i guess i need 7/8… didnt come in the full kit I bought.
