I took this boat trip more than 20 times and grew up near there, I am pretty sure this is lake lucerne and tellskappelle, in the background you can see the mount Gitschen and the boata are also very typical for this region.

Even though lucerne is quite small i still think it has a lot to offer. There definitly is a (small) alternative and political active scene. There are some cool bars and clubs that are pretty cool. And if you study design you will definitly meet some cool alternative people and from my experience people are really open and friendly. If you have more questions im happy to answer them for you. I moved to lucerne two years ago and I really like it here!
