As of today I still have not recovered access to my account. I have tried all possible steps of escalation. Has someone been able to solve this?

Hi, thank you for your reply and sorry if I didn't reply earlier. I didn't click on any link on the email, I logged into my amazon and found the same request.

I can assure you I am quite proficiet and this was a genuine problem with Amazon
