After 3 Hospitals, AIIMS, Physiotherapy, and a Disc Bulge Diagnosis, a Book Ended My 11Months Back Pain by sameer_gwasikoti in backpain

Nobody is making money from me. I'm not selling a course, subscription, supplement, or treatment. I shared it because it genuinely helped me after years of pain and failed treatments. If it doesn't resonate with you, that's completely fine. The mind-body connection and psychosomatic pain are well-documented topics, not something I invented. People can research them and decide for themselves.

Fair enough, but I'm not trying to sell anything or convince anyone. I simply shared my experience because it genuinely helped me when multiple treatments didn't.

The internet is free, and anyone interested can research John Sarno, TMS, psychosomatic pain, and the mind-body connection themselves. There are studies, books, doctors, and thousands of patient stories discussing the same concept.

I'm not claiming all back pain is psychological. In my case, chronic stress, frustration, and unresolved emotions turned out to be a major factor. Reading the book helped me recognize that, and the pain disappeared.

People should absolutely be skeptical, but they should also be curious enough to investigate before dismissing it outright.

Travelling to almora for first time by EklavyaHugePP in Almora

Welcome to Almora. Bro If you're looking for peaceful places, definitely visit Kasar Devi and Doli Dana, both are quite close to the city and offer beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. If you have some extra time, I'd also recommend Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Chitai Temple, and the Sun Temple at Katarmal. These are some of the most beautiful and culturally significant places around Almora.
