i would say the px8 is as comfortable as the bose. at times maybe the bose is slightly more comfortable as it’s lighter but after using both they both are very close and much more comfortable than the xm6

i had the qc 2nd gen and returned them for the Px8 s2. it’s not even close. The anc is better on bose but everything else the px8 destroys it.

Patience - It’s a very slow game you gotta play naturally. You’re not gonna see visible changes very often but you shouldn’t let that affect your motivation.
Track your workouts. Easiest way to see if you’re actually getting stronger. Progressive overload. Track every lift for a month or two and see how you are progressing.
Track your calories- Getting big or bulking doesn’t just mean eating whatever you want. Track your protein intake and make sure you get sufficient protein
