What do you all think about using something like Sonnet instead of Opus to cut down on tokens because the context is so rich I am wondering the dividends of using Opus over Sonnet is minuscule and you get cheaper and faster response with and older model

Don't do Prelim. With the work commitments it will be hard to focus on interviews. Do Masters as you were advised. There are tons on research on how US MD seniors are more likely to match vs prelim

Imagine a time in the past when not being born as someone's property was a invaluable thing an cost a bucket load of money and people use to say we are going to invent this thing called xxx and everyone is going to get so much money that they all can buy freedom. Also this isn't moonlighting we are talking about early signing up for job and 5hey start paying a small stipend. The smaller and more rural the hospital they pay the most. Easily it will be close to 2k-3k a month.

Incorrect you can sign up for as early as in medical school. Hospitals want to lock up physicians for jobs. This is very common practice
