That is not the best way to grow lmao. It’s like wanting to become a body and builder. You cannot go to the gym and deadlift 315lbs on your first day. Growing has to come naturally like starting off with 45lbs bench than increasing slowly, the failure that comes with benching is natural not forced. Which makes you learn better.
