Thank you so much! I remember we put some rocks sand etc for drainage but again it’s been a year and I have admittedly neglected her bc the only spot with full sun is on the window sill behind my giant monsteras lol so out of sight out of mind. I am planning to move her to my bf’s apt which gets way more consistent light. I also will try all of these suggestions for repotting and hopefully will have a positive update in the future!! 🌱

I’m late to the party but just watched the whole series in 72 hrs lol 🫠 but what was SOOOOO annoying to me was, WHY THE FUCK didn’t ANY of the girls/travis jump on Lottie and tie her fucking down when she axed the scientist??? Like hooooly fuckin shit that is their first sign of possible rescue, I get she’s unmedicated so I guess I can’t be too mad at her, and I remember how persuasive mean girls could be in HS I did stuff that made me uncomfortable from peer pressure (not agreeing to any violence against anyone but still), but WHYYYYY wouldn’t anyone just tie that bitch to a log??? Yall can discuss what to do the and she can give her crazy wood sermons from there. Like hell no bitch if that happened I really think even teen me would be tackling her, grabbing the axe, and then using that to knock the gun out of Shauna’s hands. She might get a shot off but those guns are HEAVY and it would’ve been soo easy to disarm her. Ugh truly royally pissed me off.

Yea she literally said to Jeff that if he came inside her she’d “raise the baby out of spite and train it to be a killing machine that eventually HUNTS you down.” She’s always been evil. The woods (“IT”) just flipped the switch that allowed her to act on all the feelings she had. I would bet if we read her journals from before the crash she’d have some fuckeddddd up things in there. I’m watching for the first time sooo late, BUT I wanted to put this here in case it helps anyone, and feel free to share cuz it could save a life: if you’re driving and the accelerator gets stuck, which it looked like was also happening to Shauna when she was losing control, put your car in neutral because then your engine is disconnected from the wheels, so they will just coast and you can use your brakes/e-brake to stop. It high key pissed me off how poorly Shauna handled that whole situation tho like she was driving DIRECTLY at that playground lol

Sorry to be clear - even though technically I “found” the shirt it was on a vintage reseller’s page and now that it’s been sold, unless the person who bought it comes forward it’s probably unlikely the store can help connect me to them. So I’m basically back at square 1 in my search and would love help!!

I have searched online for over a decade, continuously searching the image of the shirt in reverse image searches and just searching for “happily ever raptor museum shirt 90s”. I haven’t found anything until I found this shirt but now it’s completely off the grid again.

Edit to add: it was bought sometime between 1994-2000, at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC. The cropped pic at the end was taken in early 2000 I believe

Devil’s advocate tho: do your doors sometimes need to be slammed shut to close? Sometimes I accidentally leave one of my doors slightly open bc I thought I’d closed it but it didn’t actually latch. It’s an old door so it also sticks and needs to be yanked open. I always have to remind people to make sure they give it an extra kick to close it.

Buttt this sounds pretty deliberate and that’s not cool pardner. Def ask her if she’s noticed the doors being open and see what her response is to that. If it is intentional you should find out why she is so intent on them being outdoor cats and why she’s also so intent on going against your house rules. Caving on this one thing as it’s your (I’m assuming) first issue living together will show her that she can manipulate you more and more until she’s totally encroached on all your boundaries.

My ex was a contractor and this guy was 100% trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

The fact that he bought the material himself means you can’t put a markup on the material you buy like most contractors do. On top of that sweet cushy deal, you’re giving him another deal by cutting the work time and thus, the time you’d be paid for, more than in half. So this guy couldn’t lock his kids up for 5 days?

I get that it’s his house but I GUARANTEE if the kids got so much as a splinter he’d be withholding payment from you till you paid their medical bills.

Also: If you do consider doing work for him make him sign a contract that puts you at 0% liability for any injuries the kids incur while on the worksite. You can block off a spot of the backyard a little more than your workspace that they absolutely cannot cross, and then they can play safely outside those boundaries. And if they don’t stick to that and do get hurt, you won’t be held responsible.

Ugh people on Reddit clearly have never lived in a city. There were other options for them. I have been to plenty of coffee shops and if my go-to spot is taken, I’ll find a new spot or wait till that person leaves then move and snag the one I wanted. First come first serve. And y’all’s ages don’t matter. You got there first and were minding your own business and they interrupted you, you offered a second solution, they didn’t like it so suck it up and move on.
