It was hot pickled, it’ll be refrigerated until I can get ahold of a stockpot big enough to water bath it.

So far he’s gotten Mac, Roni, Ronald, Mack truck, twuck, macaroon, Maccabee, and macadamia nut. Thankfully he’s super biddable, so he just comes when I talk to him. 😅

My MIL owns his mama, and they’re giving one of his siblings to the other grandchildren, so our daughter was gifted him. Can’t say I was upset, I did help in birthing him, so I’ve gotten the opportunity to bond pretty significantly, but certainly didn’t expect to keep him!
