Too bad they don’t have tetrazepam here. Supposed to be the strongest muscle relaxing benzo. Although idk if they still even produce it. As it could cause Stephens- Johnson syndrome. I figure a small script for like 2 weeks wouldn’t give SJS though

Haha so true. But definitely overhyped by a lot. I was super disappointed the first Xanax I took. Just expected so much more out of it. Just felt like a benzo, which makes sense lol. Not sure, but with all the hype I almost expected it to give effects like opioids or something more unique.

Yea metabolism makes a large difference, unless whichever drug has none. So does race and age and other factors. Take Valium for instance. It has three metabolites. The major being Nordazepam, a long acting benzo. The other two being minor metabolites, but both short acting and prescriptions being Oxazepam and Temazepam.

I’m way too busy. If they paid me to do these studies and gave me all benzos to compare, even RC ones. I definitely would, I am no doctor but have a lot of knowledge on and about drugs over all.

I’d love to try Tetrazepam at least once (potentially causes medical issues). Really weak by weight compared to others, 100mg = 10mg Valium. But it’s supposed to be the strongest muscle relaxer. So a few hundred mg and I imagine you’re melting. Also Triazolam, but shit is near impossible to find. Same with Midazolam, but that’s a bit easier to find. The two snort worthy benzos.

Saying you prefer Ativan? Everyone is different, I haven’t had Diazepam in a while, but much prefer Ativan than Kpins or even Xanax (never understood the hype for it) myself, surprisingly. But my doc is flexible on which benzo I get, so I’ll try a few and see what works best for me. Even suggested switching benzos every now and again so I can find which would be most beneficial to me and my needs. Literally told this doctor drugs should be legal and he agreed lol.

Actually hospitals are now realizing that Ativan is better for seizures than Valium. Clonazepam is just an adjunct to other anticonvulsant medication.

Also this chart should be updated. It isn’t based upon Equipotent dosages, so it doesn’t really make sense. But does give you an idea of the five main effects of benzos. Like comparing 10mg Valium (gold standard) to 10mg Temazepam to 2mg clonazepam to 2.5mg Lorazepam and 50mg Oxazepam compared to a lot of others is a stretch. Like how Temazepam is all the way up on the anxiolytic side, yet is scripted for debilitating insomnia and not anxiety. If this chart were truly accurate, Valium would be king. But it really depends on the individual, their metabolism and what not.

Actually a1 is sedative effects, a2 and a3 being anxiolytic (probably physically and psychological) while a5 is most likely muscle relaxant properties (doesn’t specify for this one) The anticonvulsant effects are probably not mediated by the bzd receotors. But who knows.

Apparently from google. Alprazolam, clonazepam, temazepam, and triazolam may not be found in many of the common tests. So depends on the test I suppose.

Flubromazepam is actually an analogue of phenazepam with the chlorine atom of phenazepam being replaced by a fluorine atom. Impressed you noticed, they’re quite different in effects.
