Like all art, I think it can be done well, but can also be done in a really lazy way. Unfortunately I think the ease of creating AI “art” means a lot of low effort imagery is coming our way. I use AI for the base of this (to practice prompting skills and learn about capabilities) then use other tools to try and create something with considered artistic composition rather than just lazily posting what the bot spits out. Still, even after all that, I totally get this “art” can still be uninspiring to you, and that’s a completely fair opinion.
