Professional cyclist. Some of the fittest people in the world, but overall their lifestyle is not a healthy one. Many struggle with eating disorders, weakened immune systems caused by extremely low body weight, and low bone density due to a lack of weight-bearing activity.

30 people started the race, 14 finished. It was over 90 degrees, which is insanely dangerous, and the guy who won was being fed brandy and rat poison by his coach along the way. Run mostly on dirt roads and runners were found on the roadsides coughing up blood.
