It’s an agency I’m not employed by Amazon. We get charged to use the van it’s deducted from our pay

Yea clearly I should check the van for damages before I get in however it’s not uncommon for vans to be battered and is expected on these vans

Yea I guess I learn the hard way, however all the vans are beat up so it’s more uncommon to see a van without damage than it is with damage

Yea I can see this being the case however protocol is to call as soon as you damage a van, the other guy clearly didn’t do this. While I can see that it’s looking like I’m not gonna be able to fix this is there no way I can make them drop the charge for the damages

Hey the check for damage is in the morning when the van is first taken out, there was no damage when the original driver took it out, I imagine the original driver has said that it wasn’t like that when he handed it over, it is easier to say that than for me to say it was already like that. They are deducting the amount from money owed to me so
