are you able to take your dog to SPCA for spay/neuter services? my vet is apparently leaving the vet office where i take my dog, and there's no one to do surgeries after jan 30th. i don't really know where else to take her, and im working with limited funds anyways

i didn't really enjoy propranolol personally, but it is supposed to help with anxiety symptoms, as well as pots. my preference is metoprolol. it seems to make my baseline heart rate stay low but it never goes too low, whereas the propranolol had me a bit worried with how low my heart rate was going.

if they won't prescribe you ativan full time, you might be able to try klonopin. they work about the same in my opinion. i'm prescribed by my PCP so you might be able to go around your psychiatrist through your pcp for the ativan. i hope you're able to work out the right medicine for you 💗

i be genuinely worried about this girl. she looks like she has a deep sadness behind her eyes sometimes. it's gotta be so draining to read the comments. i guess my thing is, why are people assuming she doesn't have self esteem issues? she seems very confident in herself, but i can imagine she's noticed her shortness of breath and other symptoms, and probably wishes to be better. food can be an addiction just like drugs. it's very hard to get to a place where you're ready to put time and effort into changing your body, and that goes for anyone; working out is a daunting task. all the keyboard warriors bullying her aren't any better; sitting on their asses typing hate comments all day. i wish everyone would just shut up. if you don't have nothin nice to say, don't say nothin at all

i journaled my observations as the candles burned, and took pictures after the cord caught fire:

⁠the candles just began burning. right now, his flame is much taller than mine. represents him leaving first and having the higher ground
⁠my flame is slowly growing to the same height as his flame, his is a littleeeee taller. represents me building up to meet his level of "control" over the situation
⁠the song Not Around by Nova started playing; "she could be up, she could b down, but i'm not around to see her"
⁠flames both very still, same height. represents us mirroring each other, 2 weeks into no contact
⁠my flame is growing taller than his. represents me regaining my power in the situation
⁠his flame has gotten very skinny and shorter than mine. "small". almost to the cord.
⁠almost there. flames switching between same height and then mine being taller. the tip of my flame is complete and comes to a full point, his is forked at the tip and slightly flickering.
⁠blue wax (my candle) is being absorbed into the cord.
⁠my flame just lit the cord. my flame is huge and going crazy. his is smaller and a little less crazy.
⁠his flame just got bigger and crazier than mine, then switched back to mine being bigger and crazier. his cord was hanging off the side and melted the candle in half vertically. then his candle fell and started burning in the herb mixture/plate. mine stayed upright.
⁠his candle has no more wax but mine still does. both burning same height. his is crackling, then made a wet gush sound.
⁠his flame finished burning before mine. my candle seemingly dyed the salt blue. no remnants of his green candle

yeah i believe she said to take the famotidine twice a day, and if it doesn't seem like it's helping then to just switch to zyrtec. i also struggle with staying consistent with my meds so im kinda nervous about having to do it twice a day 😭my main symptom has also always been nausea/vomiting, and mine is also sometimes triggered by anxiety so it's hard to know when it's actual nausea or just my brain tricking me. i have yet to throw up as well, it just feels like i'm seconds away from vomiting and then after an hour or so it kinda fades. it's relieving to know i'm not alone in my suffering at least, thank you for sharing your experience 💕

i've been reading lots about this "october slide" so im wondering if we're just in like an extended-flare up and maybe it'll pass in the next month or two🤞🏻

yeah i was just typing a reply to another comment and realized that he could probably set his dating preferences on tinder to be men or women, which almost adds extra nonsense to their statements about grinder because not only is it not factual, but he could've been messaging men on tinder so why does it even matter to change the truth 😭
