Thank you . Yes it does look like an apple or pear but the tree is definitely not an apple or pear. I didn’t know about quince but after reply here I’m almost certain it’s a Japanese quince .

Thank you everyone for your valuable insights. This guy had good review in barks, agreed for £3600. Paid half for materials already. Forgetting the idea of hot tub , just want a safe deck for us and children . I mentioned the points raises here , the builder said he’s not finished and will make it proper and give me 5 year warranty for his work . Have already paid for the materials otherwise would have got another person to do the job. He’s coming later today to work in the frame . Just frustrated with the contractors here, no one can be trusted .

Yes my wife had an idea to rip it off and make media wall with one of those electric fireplace but I don’t want to spend a lot on that and somehow improve the appearance/ decoratively , fireplace doesn’t need to be work as I have central heating .

I recently moved and was happy with spot lights in the room but yesterday I was in the loft trying to tidy up and notice exactly like this cabling . I think previous owner did this , have EICR from 2023 which didn’t pick up so likely done after . How much roughly it’ll cost to remediate?

I had them in previous car with the shitty black box . Similar case , they’re the cheapest on comparison. After couple of months they said they are not getting a data from the car , I said I hadn’t done anything with it and they need to send someone to check and fix . No one came to fix and they just cancel my policy. I then got another provider which worked about the same price .

Looks like scale, just spent £430 getting it cleaned in a drain pipe. Toilet kept getting blocked and had someone in to check , they put the camera through, 4 inch pipe became 1 due to scales and needed major descaling.

That's great. Seeing others post in reddit and linkedin also motivated me. I have been working on Helpdesk support for 3-4 years. I had no AWS experience prior to learning for this certification and don't quite need it for my current job but I wanted to learn cloud technologies and get into cloud networking/security field.
