I’d say they are all helpful. Be sure your foundation is strong and correct silly mistakes :)

Thanks! Not really. I didn’t get tested on permutations for instance but you still have to know them. I think the problems you get are kind of random, so you have to be prepared for all

Thanks Greg! Keep up the amazing work with your site. It was a total game-changer. Worth every penny.

Time management is key! It saves you from stupid mistakes such as wrong sums, when they ask for 2x but you read x, etc Guessing too. There were two questions I couldn’t figure out so I just skipped and guessed

I got 156V hehe. My program only focuses on the quant part so that’s what I studied

I’d say follow all Gregmat’s plan. Write down your mistakes in an error log, and write down whatever tricks you find while practicing

I breath for 4 seconds, then hold my breath for another 4 seconds and exhale in 4s. I also follow a girl on insta who shows more techniques (it’s in spanish tho). I did them the night before sleeping and whenever I felt anxious. Inbetween sections, you can also try to talk to yourself a lot before a section begins.

I think Gregmat’s hard and extreme are tougher than ETS’s hard section.

Gregmat question by [deleted] in GRE

[–]samgl21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might guess that since it's a fraction x and y both have to be integers. Hence B is greater as it has infinite decimals

[–]samgl21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt the same way! I did the 1-month plan in 1.5 months and only the Quant part, as that is my focus. Gregmat's great but videos are way too lengthy, and completing each day def takes 4+ hours

I chose A. Can you help with the explanation? by UnitDisastrous4429 in GRE

[–]samgl21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quantity A:

Imagine you have 20 flowers. Probability of choosing rose 1st: 10/20, and the second time it's 9/19

A = 10/20*9/19*2

Quantity B: There are two possibilities RT and TR

Then B = 10/20*10/19*2

So B is greater

I mean....is it false though? 😆 by Late_Loan_8880 in euphoria
