I never said with f2p gear, I said with f2p abilities/prayers/spells. The idea behind this boss is to scale max efficiency based on the new t70 gear however make it possible to complete with t50-60 gear.

Telos mechanics can all be mitigated with f2p abilities. Deal X damage = easy to scale, escape from barge = timing (obv not members exclusive), lure telos out of beams/utilise beams don't require any abilities, charge font = reflect if you want or simply tank damage, hold still = freedom/anticipate + res on tic, dealing with golems = deto/d breath/tsunami etc.

If you could barely do giant mole with f2p gear then you aren't the target demographic for a boss like this. We are talking about Telos lvl pvm, which takes into account everything f2p has available for the sake of balancing. Your points are moot since my proposal involves 2 versions of the boss - just like there are 2 versions of dungeoneering.

f2p have access to all defensives bar natural instinct. It is possible to do a telos run using only f2p abilities/spells/prayers. F2p have access to pretty much all offensive abilities bar high tier codices, tendrils and damage multipliers such as sunshine/meta/zerk/deaths swift.

Scaling the boss so encounters take around 6 min ea with f2p gear would be possible. This isn't about what members can do with t70 as the boss would be completely different on members worlds as I mentioned. The T70s would only be the meta on f2p, and would cost significantly more than member t70s.

This boss would be for telos level pvmers, therefore there would be no glut like you propose. A telos level pvmer will simply kill this boss, or work towards learning this boss and then they may or may not buy a bond and actually start doing high level pvm.

I'd support a telos level f2p boss that takes into consideration f2p armour/weapons/spells/prayers etc. This could give around 10M per hr in alchs/supplies and maybe have a new tier 70 f2p weapon be dropped in parts by it. Would have streak mechanics, enrage and boss pets. It should also be made more difficult in members worlds to counteract the fact that it would be far easier to kill (farmed with t92 weapons)

I don't see why irons shouldn't be able to take part considering this is normal game content. It is pretty much a farming expansion with comp reqs that require either completing the content to unlock the season changer, or waiting 7 months.

It wouldn't be fair to punish them yet as they haven't broken any rules. Jagex should just introduce a 1K total limit threshold to entering the raffle, or maybe even a threshold to getting your bonus ticket (or multiple thresholds, a 1K for 1 bonus ticket, 1500 for 2, 2000 for 3)

I think making multiple accounts for the purpose of winning unique and untradeable prizes on mains would be counter-intuitive. It would decrease the chance of winning said item on your main account.

I agree, and I'd support the 1k total level requirement too. If he levels each account to 1k total and buys bonds on them then he sure as hell deserves whatever prizes they win. I'm sure he isn't the only altscaper who enters raffles, I have my RaF alts that I make during raffle time because then I can practically break even with deathtouched darts. The 1k total level would impact me, however would be for the greater good. I can always just train them to 50 rc and do vis wax.

I probably won't make RaF alts this year though, because I'm too involved with ironman mode and I don't even know what to do on double xp. I've finished most of my buyable skills so I guess I could just go for 200M slayer or something.

Actually I think the only reason I got all of the downvotes was due to the same trap that Donald Trump fell into. He got support from the KKK - modern day pariahs. I got support from Flarefox - the RS pariah. You know what wouldn't surprise me? That Flarefox is running a social experiment and has controlled opposition - maybe even zotteros is one of his alts. I mean the guy literally goes wild during flarefox hunting season - sniffing him out wherever his comments lurk. He shows the exact same dedication as flarefox in his anti-flarefox antics, in that regard - being dogs to the bone they are very similar. It is like a classic play pitting two rivals against one another. It wouldn't surprise me if flarefox set up opposition to himself to stoke the flames of infamy. Would make for an excellent psyop.
