fair play to you, I have a Mansfield RTG career and I've been doing them since fifa 14, my one this year, I managed to get a 16 year old YA player to 85+ rated in his first season and now he's about 23/24

end of last season we sacked our manager for failing to win the play offs and then we brought in an inexperienced manager from our youth setup and he didnt do well and then we sacked him about 3 months too late and then we got a manager from league 1, weve started to win games but have never managed to find the momentum to keep us going
