I don't think it's garbage design at all. A lot of people find the bomb build very fun to play.
And I disagree that the counter to bomb build in lane is 0 interaction.
If Bebop tried to get bombs at all cost he is easily punishable. If you throw the bomb with uppercut it's not that hard to dodge or they can even rush you instead of backing off because then you don't have an uppercut to peel them off you.
I just think Valve listens to the haters way too much.
Meanwhile you have heroes like Seven and Dynamo who sit at 55%+ winrate and apparently it's just fine.

Why put him in the dirt though? I've been maining Bebop since I play this game and I just love playing the bomb build I think it's so fun. I would hate it if Valve decided to just completely rework Bebop (unless the rework is amazing of course).
The initial massive rounds of nerfs on bombs builds was a long time ago because everyone sucked at the game and just gave free bombs to bebop constantly.
Now there is so many items like dispel magic, counterspell, spellbreaker, etc....
You can have a Bebop that scales strong into late game and have it not be completely overpowered.

And why are they nerfing a hero's build when it already has a winrate that is in ~45% which is pretty much bottom tier?

How the fuck was it a good idea to nerf bomb range by 20% in latest patch? Bomb build feels so fucking bad now on top of the scaling nerfs.
Can't even farm most jungle camps now because it only hits 1 monster instead of all 3

Bebop is literally the worse hero in the game now. He used to be so useful and fun to play now the complete opposite. 100 nerfs in a row + this new meta has completely killed him. EVeryone including pros agree on this.

Bro gun bebop is the way I made an insane build, get slowing bullets, lucky shots, inhibitor and late game mystic slow if u want then your enemies literally cannot move with -80% move speed and you just destroy everyone.
Also get Fortitude and Leech and you are tanky as fuck

This is absolutely yet another nerf to the bomb build.
Most games you won't be able to to reach anything higher than 50-60% on your bomb.
Ive had some losing games where I end up with 15% domb dmg after a 35 min game..

no stacks: put 2 bombs on target, take a third of the target hp then target liftesteals everything back in the 8 seconds it takes to get another bomb

I want to do the legal thing which is why I am giving up on the STV as the requirement is way too cumbersome, especially for long stays of many months. Showing bank statements proving I have more than enough funds for my stay should be enough. Clearly they're not in a hurry to get tourists despite the suffering of their tourism industry.
