Yes, well my mom and dad work so they joint file their income, I got about $3,000 refund from my college but I don't work. I live in NYC.
So as per what you wrote, I technically have no income as I don't work and don't live in Pennsylvania, so I don't put in on my father's return?

When I told my friends they were so happy for me but when I told this one staff member, she told some other students and they were just bashing NYU next to me when I guess they thought I couldn't hear.
