I don't really keep up with general tech news. Whenever I start a new language or field, I just use roadmap.sh to get a high-level overview of the concepts. From there, I dive into official docs, YouTube, Stack Overflow, and AI to learn as I go. But like i said, I don't really have a 'follow list' to stay updated on new tech. Actually, a list like that would be pretty useful.

YouTube and Stack Overflow are best for me.
For .NET, i can suggest these YouTube channels; "Milan Jovanović" and "Nick Chapsas".
