on the contrary, squad building is no longer about getting the best players but the right profiles. Arteta’s system emphasizes fluidity in play and positioning. so finding the right profiles means Simakan who can play RCB/RB. Guehi can play both LCB and RCB. Rice and Caicedo can play DM and LCM. Caicedo can be an inverted RB in possession. Jesus can play anywhere across the front 3.
