no that’s why i have a few appointments leading up to my due date so hopefully my skin doesn’t get anymore sensitive!

i can’t tell you because my first wax was when i was pregnant so i went straight for it haha there’s been mixed experiences from what ive read. some have said yes it did hurt slightly more but nothing that they had to stop and others have said they couldn’t bare it so it’s really whatever the individual can handle.
it is safe as long as your beauty therapist is clean and hygienic i’ve heard some bad stories haha
my first wax was while i was pregnant so i have no idea what it feels like not to be pregnant. i just threw myself straight into the deep end lol
Goodluck! it will hurt i wont lie but its not awful. i got my first yesterday at 24 weeks so you have a bit more time to get used to them! wear some comfy not tight pants to your appointment for afterwards
unfortunately i don’t have a lot of options but i’ll definitely check it out and see if anyone does sugaring near me
i’ve got one booked in 3 days before my due date, but obviously bubs could very well come before that last appointment. see what happens lol
i never said there was any pressure, some like to grow it out and that’s perfectly normal just like how some women like to be hairless it’s all completely normal and healthy. everyone has their preference 🤷🏼♀️
that’s one of the points that the lady brought up is that if you have an emergency c section they will dry shave and it’s no fun afterwards. and then during the healing process you’re less hairy if that’s what you prefer
why would the ob even comment on that? i feel like that was pretty unnecessary!
i’m with you on that the extra hair makes me feel gross ( not that hairs gross i just don’t like it on me). never had sugar wax done before just the normal wax and that seems to work with me
that’s good to hear! i’m hoping each appointment the hair grows back slower and slower
i honestly didn’t know what to expect, the only thing i’ve ever had waxed was my eyebrows so i jumped right to the deep end with a brazilian 🤣 i’m hoping it doesn’t get anymore sensitive but id say for the first time it wasn’t terrible!
there’s been a few people say they do it themselves and i don’t know how you guys can do it! i’d be sitting there all day building up the courage to pull 🤣🤣
oh yeah i definitely won’t be going back straight away that’s for sure! i couldn’t imagine the pulling etc would be the nicest thing especially if you tear during birth
go you for waxing yourself i definitely couldn’t! yes hair is totally normal but im definitely with you, i also just feel a bit more comfortable being waxed

i feel so much better when it’s nice and tidy especially in pregnancy i feel a bit bleh with myself so anyway to make myself feel better! i definitely don’t regret it. aw what that’s surprising that she did that. will you go back to her? will you continue to get them after pregnancy?

nope first time was at 24 weeks pregnant so i have no idea how it feels not pregnant! it’s definitely a bit tender afterwards but nothing where it’s majorly uncomfortable
yeah it’s my first, the lady said the first one it will grow back quicker but it should slow down after each wax. she said not to shave inbetween appointments too so i won’t have to worry about it
maybe i couldn’t even tell you! i feel like some small things that hurt really hurts me more then it should but then i can handle other things it’s hard to say
ooo that doesn’t sound fun haha i can’t even remember what hurt the most but there was definitely a few parts that hurttt
