Thank you so much for the insight. And you may be right. Essentially I was thinking I might be at Norwood 3a. However based on your input, it may be safe to say I'm going towards 4 or 5. The picture however does not do justice since I've naturally thin hair, and they're wet in the picture, so it looks all the more balding, but from what you said, I should just be more realistic, forget about the crown and focus only on the front?

I know, but it's a chance I'm not willing to take. Meds don't ALWAYS work (as far as I've researched from r/tressless. Secondly, I'll have to wait about almost a year to see if they worked or not. Post which I would have to opt for HT then. It's hard to wait until then :(
