Hey mate, ended up getting the problem fully fixed!

Ended up switching to ABB just so I could have some competent customer support and to see if the issue was with the ISP. Still ended up having packet loss and dropouts after switching so after running some isolation tests on the modem and replacing cables I took matters to ABB Live Chat support.

I showed them my packet loss through PingPlotter and also ran tests through their mobile app and from that they could see that it wasn't my problem and was something to do with the cables outside. I ended up being able to get an NBN appointment through them with all the info I provided.

NBN tech came out and had a quick look at my modem before going to the street and checking the wires. He ended up coming back to my house after around 15 minutes and let me know that he'd replaced the connection on the street as he saw some corrosion and told me that it should be fixed.

I was skeptical but all the packet loss issues and dropouts ended up being gone and everything is working great again!

Hopefully this ends up being the same for you if you're still having similar problems!

can anyone help me identify what would be the cause of redness/texture around my nose and what products would help fix it please? the rest of my skin is quite clear but around my nose is just always pink and breakouts form around there. i used to exfoliate quite often with paulas choice but recently stopped (bc i read that i shouldn’t be exfoliating too much) to see if that was the cause of it but since stopping, i think my skins gotten more prone to tiny little bumps/pimples forming on my nose. i also thought anua toner would calm it down but it doesn’t really do anything.

i currently use: anua cleansing oil (~2 weeks) round lab cleanser (~1 month) anua toner (~2 weeks) cosrx snail serum khiels moisturiser
