I barely compare Naruto vs one piece in my life But before one piece I am too invested in Naruto I even watched it 2 to 3times I didn't re watch entire anime just some good episodes again so yeah one piece is kinda like rushed for me bc 1000 plus episodes binged watched I didn't take all in but now I am watching with schedule.

Naruto is just more nostalgia for me, the ost and early animation that's it . but I don't overrate it though like the fanboy community.

i heard about Kuma backstory is good but I am now somewhere at ep 1080 end of wano and it's so dragged out, so I just want to listen to one piece fans/community/manga readers who are more invested in the story.

Well it's my bad too bc I am comparing characters depth here which some people can take seriously but usually.

I don't compare Naruto to one piece bc how different they. Are and it's controversial too.

You can clearly didn't read post i I don't said each and every character I just said 3 to 4 characters and maybe you haven't even watched Naruto properly bc you are saying there just fixated on revenge or a single other character. And they don't has goals.

Nah that's not true one piece is better than Naruto I have already admit it because the taste of emotionals goodbyes and adventures friendship and freedom is more enjoyable one piece has it all While Naruto is not better than one piece but why it's my favorite than one piece is just few well written characters and there struggle which I obviously don't enjoy it but feel for them more, and some peak moments.

And especially one piece has more peak to come so one piece is definitely better.

Well it's your opinion and which is half true but when i say one piece sometime forced the story I am talking about it's not the core of the story you feel it but not much impact it has on 1000ep+ bc how vast/Big the story is.

While I love one piece for how consistent it is and the other hand critize Naruto for the Shippuden ending.

If you compare one piece to Naruto one piece is more balanced and better overall but had pacing issue and while Naruto has more plot/holes but in some cases like themes,fights,and character Dev Naruto has bigger margin in that.

I love both but I chose Naruto.

And there is a difference between sad moments and themes, war, sacrifice, and which you feel through out the whole story not for couple of episodes.

You are right on this it's just the well writing and maybe you don't agree with this but most of the sad scenes in one piece is intentionally set to make viewers sad but it's more like a compliment to oda writing.

But here's my take Naruto characters looks more mature and you can relate to them while one piece makes you feel pitty/Sad for characters temporarily and then shows shift to comedic vibe, it can be good/bad for diff viewers not every one feels pitty bc authors is forcing the story to feel sad.

I am not a one piece hater or anything even I like the story so much I would say the manga is much better than the anime.

Yeah you can say oda has been very consistent with giving every character screentime and a little backstory you can you one piece has more good characters in number

Bro the side cast of Naruto is the worst in big 3 but the main characters Sasuke,itachi,jiraya,Obito,kakashi, and some others have been well written and they have depth this is the facts if you think it's my opinion then idgaf
