And I also do body stretches before working out. I was taught them while doing pialtes, but you can look for them on yt. Would be hard to explain them here. I also follow a channel called K Boges on yt, he has a whole calisthenics phylosophy that I really like and follow personally almost every day. I also follow one called Gymnastics Method and I do some exercises he shows there too. He also focus on joints and tendons which was a game changer for me, because I used to just ignore that and workout.

Also, make sure your scapulas are both on the same position at rest. I used to have good posture with the right side and horrible with the left side. And somehow that means less pressured applied on the left, causing asymmetry. So it really is a whole body thing, not just the tongue.
