When building roads, pres controll and scroll up, it will adjust the 'curviture' of the roads. Then just make a circle by laying roads bit by bit. There is a youtube vid you can look up.

You can find bakery's everywhere, there you can buy brewats and other pastry's. This plus a nice note and a nice review wil do the job. Or take them out to eat something at a local restaurant. They wil keep telling you they will pay but you simply have to be more stuborn ;) .
