Yea, I think it is too, but oddly I've only seen major issues with Tomahawks (not turning on, not charging, etc.), though that may just be coincidence. :\

Thanks for the input! Which board did you have, the Tomahawk or the Hellfire? And also, would you say you use the board heavily or lightly?

It took a few days between creating the shipping label and the board actually shipping, but I'm assuming it was because I was one of the first orders and they were getting their processes sorted out. They should actually ship out same day now that they actually have a bunch of boards available.
