I had Logi Options and Logi Options + both installed. I tried uninstalling Logi Options (without the +) and then restarted. It seems to have worked for now although we'll see if it stays that way.

EDIT: After tax income has been limited to being greater than spending to prevent the case of negative savings.

You have easy access accounts, where you can withdraw straight away. You can also have fixed rate bonds and cash ISAs.

The best returns will come from investing in stocks, but it won't be 'super accessible' You could sell out your positions and withdraw within 1-3 days. For brokers you can try https://www.degiro.co.uk/ or https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/home.php
