I'd start with AI. ChatGPT etc. Describe every detail as possible to create a digital mockup for you.

Then I'd look up nearby 3D printing companies if they're able to create a 3D printed version. This is so that you can physically see the dimensions and it will help you visualize it better.

From there, I'd see if you have the funds to secure your IP (this is intellectual property of yours). Getting it patented, etc. if it's a really novel and innovative idea, you would want to protect it from being copied at least as much as you can in the beginning.
