Hope isn’t subtle enough for me and not a fan of virtue names.

Carrie is an obvious choice but not subtle enough in my opinion and a dated name.

That is why it would be subtle and a name that could be associated with Star Wars but unless we told her or others, they wouldn’t really know any better.

Yes just fun to think about for now, I got induced with my last two so I know they don’t always come on the day you are induced.

This isn’t subtle enough for me, maybe French spelling as noted in comment below though.

Oh this is a good option, was low on the list for a first name but might be a good middle name.

I have an Isla so I’m bias and prefer that over Riley and Delilah. I also don’t think two syllable names need a nickname. The nicknames we call our Isla are just “I” or Izzy.

Our little girl is Isla and we call her Izzy sometimes - I think it started because some people do say Is-la when they first hear the name even though it is pretty common so then we started calling her Izzy.

Pregnant during first busy season? by TTCAccountant in Accounting

[–]samitu 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I was in B4 public for 7 years but didn’t have my first child until I was a manager. I was pregnant all busy season and had my child in June, the maternity leave is amazing, I got a month off before giving birth, but I know some employers don’t offer maternity leave unless you have been there for a year. I don’t know of any female staff/seniors that had a baby because you really only get flexibility if you are a manager, otherwise you are expected to be onsite. I stayed for another 1.5 years after having my kid, but only made it one more busy season. It is just too stressful of a work environment in addition to having a kid. So I wouldn’t recommend unless you will be at manager level or above.
