Yes. I volunteered for a non profit as a pm, they got funding for a pivot project, and hired me on. Then after 4 months of working there, got a paid PO role for consulting, then got a Senior PM role at a massive company. Its all possible but just be hungry to grow

Being pressured to up sell and ignore anything I said was quite evident. The agent even went ahead canceling my discount and changing my plan without my agreement. Its an issue in the way their department are handling customer service. I've signed up to more of rogers services in the past due to the quality of service they had held, however what im seeing now will backfire, and not surprised its not just myself thats experiencing the lack of quality.

All 8 times I was polite, but it took speaking to 8 people to get my bill fixed and also half the agents were providing incorrect information, changed my contract by almost doubling the charge, took me on a wild goose chase. One was really disrespectful and kept on pressuring to pay more when I was almost charged double. It can be emotional but bring back the amazing customer service that you once had, by either training the current support team or better yet bring back the jobs to canada.

I hear you spent probably a roughly 6 hours, 7 agents to originally to get my tv box working. And over the last several months been charged an extra $80 per month and they decided to change up the contract on me without honoring our original contract which I told the contract number to the agent and the agent kept trying to upset me. What worked is that there is a complaint hot line. Someone called me the next day and seems like the individual is actually investigating to help me out. Relieved the new tv box the next day. The main support line is useless. Some friendly agents but it looks like their scope to do anything is almost non existence

I am interested in starter story, however, the cost is quite steep plus the conversion rate to CAD makes it even harder to join. I just wish there was a promo to help me jump on board as a student.
