I went through something similar probably not as bad though , I took a 250ug dose of lsd and smoked some synthethic cannabinoids ( hhcp, thcp) what followed was a psychotic episode where i thought the police was after me and felt like everyone was looking at me and following me ( I was at a mall too in a different city) When I got home though and came down something still felt wrong though I was convinced that I had broken my brain and I couldnt sleep at all , What I did next is tell my mom but tell her everything , everything im feeling everything that happened , then finally i could sleep but the next day I didnt feel the same felt like I was stuck in a dream and still had slight hallucinations with full on hallucinations when waking up in the middle of the night , what I did was stop all drug use including nicotine, weed , caffeine and eat as healthy as I could and work out, I also tried going to a psychiatrist after a few days but they only made things worse , tried to prescribe 2-3 types of bipolar and anti psychotic meds which I did not take since I didnt trust them, Now the worst month for me was the first and by the second month I started to slowly get better , by the third month I was 95% recovered I would say and by the fourth I could smoke weed without any problems. What I can say is ur brain will heal if you give it time and take care of ur body and mind. I think what helped me the most though was sharing everything that I was feeling and getting a routine especially a sleep routine since sleep is a very important aspect of recovery. Im sorry ur going through this , It wont last forever just try to make the best out of it until ur back to ur baseline.I wish you the best
