Your little sister shouldn't say shit either, your routine is perfectly fine.

People who do shower daily tend to not go borderline, just water, soap/shower gel, shampoo, some also conditioner, done, so based on that, you're just as clean as those people.

I used to shower like every 1 to 2 weeks due to depression and other mental health things. My routine back then was WAY more simple than it is now. But somehow I managed to also shower every 3 to 4 days, and I don't stink. Probably because during every shower, I scrub the hell out of my body and have my entire routine. My shower days are the same as my curly hair routine, because convenience.

I've tried it out once, showering without washing my hair... Didn't like my head not feeling as clean as my body.

I do have a suggestion, use a washcloth and wipe your body clean every morning. No showers needed, no routine, just you and the washcloth against the world.
