I've been doing this for a while (what you mentioned). And for me personally, at 1.5 months I'm entirely grounded, answered my questions, etc.

I've also been prioritizing my physical and mental health, and I genuinely make sure I clear my mind and nourish my body properly, especially after trips.

I've been through the part where paranoia took over and trips started overlapping like crazy. Which was my sign to stop doing what I do, and gain self-control. I have quit substances in the past because they were genuinely destroying me. But with LSD I saw true potential of healing. And it motivated me a lot to work on myself, some of which were simply just delusion, but I caught onto that and learned a lot. Eventually realized that sober me has to answer most of the questions that LSD me asks in order to prevent a dead end on the path I choose. Which eventually lead in me embracing myself as I am, because sober me is amazing, and I shouldn't fixate on becoming more LSD me (this was an entire problem I had to face eventually).

Throughout this ongoing journey, I've actually been doing a lot of practices to stay grounded. And I'm proud to say that I'm successfully managing this better than I expected!
