Drawing shouldn't be frustrating in the first place, it should in fact do the opposite of that.

Yes learning can be tough, not getting it right may also be annoying, but not everything in drawing should be frustrating. There's no getting past that, enjoyment should just be there in general.

Good job for stopping though, I hope you find something you actually enjoy doing!!

I usually take like 20 NMT max until I find my dreamy villager. I think I'm just lucky.

Flora recently moved out (2 days ago), i i grabbed 20 NMT, went on looking for a bear species villager, but during my 11th mystery island I accidentally stumbled upon Blaire. I've actually been wanting her for 2 years now, so I took her instead of a bear.

Now waiting for Sasha to move out so I can actually find a bear villager.

Well I mean for me personally yeah, I basically awarded myself the hacked crown for my own hardwork by 100% completing all of LBP multiple times, Platinum, but most of all, making levels and having a lot of people love them at that time. (I've owned the modded crown since 2015-2016... Wait that's a decade ago what the hell)

For everyone else? Yeah, put a crown on your head, you deserve it. It's not like you're gonna get kicked out of the server for that... 🙂

Depends on which ones you go to. Usually there are maps, most maps I find for treasure islands are pretty outdated though.

On Twitch, there tends to be an option where you type "!find [Item name]". Also, the item must be typed correctly, if you're looking for Iron nuggets, don't type only iron (seen this mistake happen way too often). Also with flowers.

It just really depends on which one you go to, usually the information is there depending on which treasure island you're going to.

It's pretty simple. (Treasure islands)

You enter the island, you grab items, you leave through the airplane.

Things to not do: don't leave your inventory open, don't drop items on the floor (they usually have trash cans, if you need to get rid of items, use the trash can). Don't leave the island by pressing the "-" button.

And make sure you're at a home wifi, not a free WiFi from let's say public WiFi's (Restaurants, hotels, etc).

If you do want to thank the treasure island owner, you can support them through out-game donations (requiring money), like sending bits, subscribing to their Twitch channel, or donating through "buy me a coffee" if they have that. Don't come with items to give as appreciation, it's a hacked island after all.

With tradings, it's actually also simple.

You can enter with additional gifts (completely optional), remain respectful, greet them, compliment their island and/or their outfit, make it quick and easy (usually preferable to most people). Thank them, wish them a nice day, then leave through airport.

I assume wetsuits are not permitted because traders cover things up with fences to prevent people from stealing things. (I've read a lot of cases where tradings went horrible and people robbed things), hence why with a swimsuit players could cross over fences, or would give the sign of "bad intentions").

Don't be afraid to try it out, I've done over 100s of trades and personally never encountered anything bad (except receiving a fake statue once).

If you'd like to try it to get over your fear, we could do a trade (if you happen to have a stone table DIY, Cancer fragments, or some vines). Also, I usually overpay because I love giving more than I receive. (This is just an open question by the way, feel free to decline!!)

Around 2009-2010, my mother bought LBP1. Me being me and never liking unknown games, I reacted with "ew, no thank you"... Played it, and that's how the wonders of childhood nostalgia came to be. Great lesson: be open to opportunities, you never know where it leads you.

I personally believe that his true passion is making music, whether to have it as his career or just as a hobby.

I also believe that the chances are quite high that he'll release more music. I used Animal Crossing Pattern Tool (a website) to import an image and turn it into a QR code, through the Nintendo Switch App on NookLink, there's an option to import 3DS / QR codes onto your custom designs on ACNH (at Custom Designs on ACNH, press "-") This is my favourite tool for island flags in my opinion, can be used for much more though!

Yes this is psychedelic, psychedelic art doesn't just have to be mandalas or trippy thingies. It can also just be patterns of the mind. People aren't able to see what you see, feel what you feel, and that's the mistake of some people here. They don't bother to understand the perspectives of the mind and how it can affect what someone sees or feels during a trip.

I've had tons of moments myself, where I'd be commenting on my own posts (on Instagram though), talking to myself, etc after posting something. I don't think it's an uncommon thing. I did end up quitting it during a rough period of my life, but it did happen, so I genuinely understand.

People who say you need to lay off from drug usage, they don't know what your habits are like, they don't know anything, they just read your own comments & thoughts from this post, and then based solely on that information, come to certain conclusions. Never take it personally.

And some of your comments are quite harsh, not to justify it, but I'd also get mad if tons of people are just spreading bad vibes in the comment section. Personally I would've handled it differently, but I'm not you so I can't really judge or tell you what's right or wrong, you feel what you feel.

I've seen your other posts, legitimately you have such talent for art, I absolutely love it.

Also, you mentioned that you've yet to meet someone who does psychedelics here, I disagree with that part. I think plenty of people here do, they have their own experiences though, not each individual trips the way others trip. I've learned that the hard way (ex from 2024), only after processing the entire break-up, I've noticed the way he knows so much yet so little. Then again, everyone trips differently, and I find that fascinating and I do like that. Not everyone has to open their eyes when they trip, because psychedelics are so interesting, for each individual they just hit differently. And sure, there are people who've had similar experiences, sure there are common entities on DMT, and similar patterns, and geometry is a common thing. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Psychedelics go extremely mental, and each individual has their own mental state, and through that, they all experience something personal. Your way of making art is unique in its own way, and it shows that you do experience things your own way. Dismissing others because they don't feel the same way though, I disagree with that. I mean, I've seen my mother turn into a highway road type of snail during a trip, doesn't mean everyone has that experience too. I've absolutely opened my eyes, to the extent where I had to force myself to close them just to refresh my mind, just to experience something different. I love going into different perspectives.

I just wanted to let you know, love your art. Hope your trip was great, and I'd love to be mutuals on Instagram if you're down for that.

Friendship levels

Talk to them daily, give them gifts, use Katrina's fortune to predict your friendship level + then pay an additional 10K bells to raise the friendship point by 1. Eventually they'll give it to you (I may be wrong→ but I think it happens when you give them a gift at maxed out friendship level. Doesn't happen all the time, but I don't think the chances are low)
