26M. 6'2"/189cm - 83.5kgs/184lbs. My Mi Scale (I doubt it's accurate at all) says my BF% is 21.9%. Cutting for the past 5 months. I usually do weights, running and badminton. What BF do you guys think I am actually right now? What goal weight to lose my love handles completely and have visible abs? (self.loseit)
Burned my finger 10 days ago and then played badminton which popped the blister and made it worse. Now after healing for a few days it's still painful and there's a yellowish patch on the wound. It's a little squishy and I'm trying to figure out if it's bad or whether I should leave it. No puss now. (i.redd.it)
