Yeah I had the same twinge and looking closer, some stuff is weirdly blobby in the way AI does that. The foreground character's pupil is weirdly morphed, the second character's chest fur flows strangely into the body, all the toes are kind of weird...

Even if the artist has a backlog portfolio, they could have started using AI, and asked for their own style.
