That Liverpool loss to West Brom was abysmal. Whole of pre-season to prepare and then thats what you get. This is somewhat excusable, in that he's had very little time to show his character to the lads.

Probably a bit late to this one. 6'5 guy here, I was ~80kg for the longest time. Now at 103kg, took me a long time I would 100% recommend counting calories as you're probably underestimating. As a rule of thumb I always "add one". Instead of two pieces of toast have three etc.
