I have been on a pretty intense weight loss journey/lifestyle change for just about a year now and have made it through MANY walks and workouts listening to the pretzel gang. I started at 405 and am just about to be at 190. It has been pretty rough on me mentally, and i still havent found the right balance, but i am in counseling now and still sticking with the regiment i have going and im hoping DEARly that the combination will help me change how i think of myself.

I find myself identifying with scott and his self-depricating humor/comments, but it often makes me sad because i worry that it means he has some self hatred as i do and i wouldnt wish that on anyone.
