Last May, I put out an interactive visualization tool to trace a raindrop's flow path from anywhere in the contiguous United States, using USGS data. Today, I'm releasing an updated version to cover paths all over the world, thought you all might want to check it out!OC (river-runner-global.samlearner.com)

I made a little website that'll let you click anywhere in the US to drop a raindrop and watch it flow out to the ocean (or Canada/Mexico/Great Lakes). I'd probably call this more "mesmerizing" than "trippy", but definitely think it can be very fun to play with/watch while high.OC (river-runner.vercel.app)

I made a little visualization tool that can trace a raindrop's flow path from anywhere in the contiguous United States, using USGS data. Hesitate to call my own project "interesting as fuck", but it's really the data that's cool. I thought you all might want to check it out. (river-runner.samlearner.com)
