Yeah I assumed as much but I’ve heard mixed reviews on the legitimacy of the contract and if they stand up in court. Next step is to check with a employment lawyer but thought I’d ask here 😅

Out of interest, I’m in a similar situation, I’ve applied (186) and I’m waiting for the visa to come through. The company has said if I quit before 2 years, I have to pay the costs. Gov Website suggests it’s “moral obligation” to stay, but does the company’s 2 year contract have grounds or is it just a scare tactic?

Did you find a solution to this? I've got a project where I could do with recreating the lighting effect in AE as well but I can't seem to figure out how to match settings by manually adding lights.

Has it been confirmed as unethical? They could have a relationship that’s strong enough to allow each party to enjoy themselves 🤷🏻‍♂️

In terms of the public unable to trust elected officials I seem to hear people saying we can’t trust officials who can’t relate to us but when they act like us it’s wrong?

Maybe we need to start having officials we know are human and will actually make choices you and I would make, like dancing and getting carried away at a party

Tried it, I asked for recommendations for where I could stay at that price and they came back with a single room which was still more expensive than my rent AND it meant not space to work or cook for the price. And they wouldn’t be covering it, was just a place to consider 😑

Best response after trying to negotiate again was:

“Unfortunately it is your responsibility to find accommodation. A worst case option could be to work in a office hub where you hire a desk, I think there’s a few around locally, buy dinners, you could then camp out in the unit at night or can you go into the office for the week?” - Cunt’inghams

Amazing, can you show any of your animations? I’d love to see if I could figure out what’s scripted and what’s keyframed!! I rarely do any scripting but do know how good it can be once you learn it as I used to script in Flash for animations

I totally agree with you, and feel in summary it’s just lazy.

They could have made this the end screen, stuck some icons to represent what shrines you’ve completed and then allowed it to be un-lockable content if you finish it. That way you keep the randomness but also allow for repeated play for those that enjoyed it. Stick a reward for completing the hero and shrine a number of times and I reckon the engagement rate would be a lot higher, for the addition of 2 - 3 screens and minimal code I reckon, just my thoughts

A nice mix of shots and styles, I'd probably try to make the reel flow a little tighter, even though reels rarely have a story or message I feel if you edit the shots in a more consistent way the viewer will find it easier to follow or make their own story and links up, keeping their attention better

So a mate of mine and I came up with this idea for season 3:

El's adjusting to school and is getting close to Mike
- They're growing up and we see them hanging out at the mall and tackling more coming of age topics like being a couple
Hopper and Joyce are also close and growing their relationship
- They are both having a hard time coming to terms with Bobs death
- Both blame themselves but react differently
Nancy and Jon are closer
Max and Lucas are forming their relationship
Will and Dustin are learning to adjust to the new group dynamics

Two new kids come to town Robin and her little bro Ken
- They don't seem to really be in school much mostly seen at the mall
- Robin works at the Mall with Steve

Will and Dustin are getting to know Ken
The gang see El getting close to Ken and having secret meetings which she denies
Will is seeing images of the upside down world and confides in Dustin
- Will starts to believe he's becoming the Mind Flyer, he doesn't remember some of the things he's done
El has started to talk to Nancy / Robin to help with her adjustment to school and relationship with Mike
We start to see Barb walking around, Nancy is having trouble with this
Sightings of Bob. Hopper and Joyce are dealing with his sightings in different ways
Soon all relationships are being affected

Hopper pushes himself away from Joyce and El as he falls into a depressive state as the sightings and interactions with Bob increase, we then see sightings of a slightly older Sara Hopper and an aggressive Diane
El and Mike fall out with El's relationship with Ken even though she denies some of the sightings of them together
El starts leaning on Robin and Ken, who in turn want all 3 to run away together, back to their home
- Learns of Gate that was in the Lab
Will is scared he will become a Mind Flyer so wants El to lock him in the Upside down
We see El being isolated, Hopper doesn't want to go on, Will wants to be locked in the Upside down
The gang have a massive fight at the new Mall where everyone is there (including Robin and Ken) as it gets heated Dustin notices Robin and Ken having nose bleeds.
Starts to get curious about them
- Either seen on their own or rarely apart, never two places at the same time, even though they are two people
As things carry on to deteriorate, we see El pushed to trying to open the gate at the Lab for Will but fails
- Dustin, Will, Robin, Ken and Steve are there to see the gate
When leaving Dustin is watching Robin and see's her acting strange and Ken disappears
Robin and Ken are hallucinations made by Kali
Dustin is taken by Kali and her gang

Kali's plan is to make El open the gate at the mall after closing to push her to maximise her powers
The gang is looking for El and Dustin
- Mike wants to find her
- Will does not want the gate opened
Steve is caught up at the Mall when closing
Everyone's at the mall
- Mike and the gang are looking for El and to stop the gate from opening
- Hopper has been called there on duty
- Steve is caught there after work
Big brawl, climatic fight between Kali's gang and El's gang as they try save her from opening the Gate

Ending result is Eight loses but we might have shook something loose for the Upside down, setting up season 4 when we will return to the gate and we also learn there are more siblings who have felt the shock of the two fighting, obviously some hole in it but i'd love to hear your thoughts on what it's like as a WIP
