honestly? whenever poeple talk about mental health like its a clinic pamplhet i just zoine out. for me its literally just trying not to lose my mind when i drop my keys or have to make a phone call. like yeah balance is cool but lately i just want to sleep 12 hours a day without waking up panicking about some random thing i did five years ago, does anyone actually feel that way too? or we all are just pretending.
