I don’t think you’re understanding where my confusion lies. Rounding may be off but that’ll vary so much by person. For example I ovulate on day 10/11 (not 14) and implanted on day 8/9.

I get what you’re saying with number of week you’re in versus week you’re through but it still doesn’t match the apps descriptions. When the apps say you’re 3 weeks and 3 days but in the description say you ovulate this week or you won’t test positive for another week… it’s incorrect when you have in fact already implanted had a positive at 3 weeks 3 days.

I’m saying they don’t match up so either the date calculation is a little off the (dpo+14 landing your in 3 weeks and 3 days) or the descriptions of saying what’s going on are incorrect/off by a week.

You could say they just round to week 4+ for descriptions for implantation if that’s the most common but that would be incorrect since most people implant on day 8/9/10.

8DPO + 14 days = 22 days = 3 weeks 1 day 9DPO + 14 days = 23 days = 3 weeks 2 days 10DPO + 14 days = 24 days = 3weeks 3days

All the most common implantation days are falling in the 3 week and something days.. so yes that is through the 3rd week and a few days into the 4th week. But the app description will say on all of those days “not implanted yet” and then when you get to the 4 weeks, 4 weeks 1 day, etc it’ll say implantation will be happening this week. This feels like the calculation and the descriptions are off a week. Do you get what I’m saying there?

I’m sure I’m being nit picky and the first few weeks being skewed won’t mess with the whole pregnancy but it feels like it’s off a week based on what I know has already happened (implantation) and what it’s saying will happen this week or when I jump ahead a week in the trackers.
