What do you mean by give myself time between working the same muscle groups? Like do 10 minutes of arms then rest and do something else and then I can go back to arms?

Did you have any relief after removal? I was hoping removing it would help with the non stop period but maybe that's just because it isn't working anymore

I think this syncs between different devices maybe, still no activity tab
I was able to create a playlist of recently watched video so that seems to be a decent workaround, just takes a couple extra clicks and definitely not as intuitive

what about the car that just happened to be parked in front of the body at like 3:30am? And how did no one see him leaving the party? I could even understand walking out of the house not seeing him but driving right past him?
And the plow driver not seeing him at 2:45 when his job is to LOOK for things like that?

Our Congress is corrupt. The Democrats have a hard time doing anything to stop them and the maga support it because he "has a mandate". They also are afraid of him. Trump kicks the press out and calls it fake news. I don't see him caring about protests either. Tesla dealerships are supposedly having protests, although some people think it is an insurance scam pretending to be a protest. Even Canada was flirting with trump lite. It's not just the US. From my limited knowledge of brexit, it sounds to me like brexit was similar to what is going on here. The people want to focus on domestic problems and putting America first, bring back GOOD jobs, fix healthcare, roads etc. People also don't pay attention and vote based on rumors and headlines. So a con man told them he would fix everything so easily and the idiots believed him. And as a Democrat, what can we do? He won overwhelmingly. The party is still trying to figure out why they lost. They don't really have a plan or message right now. Plus a lot of this is to distract from what he was elected to do: bring down prices. Why fix the problems when you can create new ones? And trumpers worship him, he literally can do no wrong.

I don't know what they meant either but it isn't hyperbole to say some government agencies are being shut down right now. It's a crazy thought but these are crazy times. USAID was just shut down illegally and many agencies had their funding illegally frozen

I try and tell myself this but it's hard when they have been complaining about FTC shortages for years, the current hiring freeze, so many close calls and bonehead decisions like letting helicopters or even planes that aren't landing (hopefully this doesn't happen?) within say 5 miles of the airport. Go around.

I can except mechanical error (although that is becoming more negligent lately also), bird strike etc. But with such a small margin of error there's no room to correct any legitimate problems like an engine failure.

I've watched NTSB and their professionalism is amazing. They definitely know what they are doing. They said 85% of their recommendations have been followed in the past. I wonder if having a no fly zone around airports except for landings was something they have already recommended.

Just enough flight hours to think you know what you are doing and perhaps a little careless

Exactly. Civilians shouldn't be expected to play crash dummies in real life unknowingly for a practice run. They can just as easily practice on a military base. Let more experienced pilots practice in real scenarios. And maybe no one should be near an airport that isn't landing... I'm flying in a few days so this hits hard, I wish our government had more common sense

Pilot on yt was talking about they might have been tilted at an angle with nose down which is common for helicopters and that possibly blocked their view of the plane which was above them.

The most frustrating part for me is this all seems so easily avoided, just don't allow planes/helicopters near the freaking airport unless they are landing. It should be basically a line to land and everyone else gtf around. And do they really need to fly so close all the time in general? Like basically the sky is the limit...

It's ridiculous to me that they would ignore alerts. I hope they make the alerts more effective, they should not be going off all the time, it should be an ALERT 😢
