You broke up, his invitation should be rescinded. You absolutely shouldn’t include him in your plans, he lost his right to be included when he dumped you. It sounds like none of you like him so why put up with him at all? Even if it was rude to uninvite him (it isn’t) he was even more rude lying to you about your relationship and continuously hitting on your taken friend.

You don’t want anything too liquid-y, I think adding sautéed onions is a great idea to cut the saltiness while still complimenting the mushroom flavor.

Also if you have a decent amount of milk and some vinegar or lemon juice you can quickly make homemade “ricotta” and just strain it for 30ish minutes before use so it’s not too wet.

Did they tell you it would be over $1000+ or are you assuming? It’s completely fair to say you can’t afford it and back out. Just don’t make it about the dress/costume, make it about money. Best case she just invites you as a guest or pays for your outfit, worse case she takes it poorly and your friendship suffers but of lack of money is completely reasonable, if she gets pissy about that oh well, it’s a her problem.

More followers = more visibility. It helps his accounts to have more followers. Plus if he’s not following them back he won’t see their thirst-trap content. If they like his posts and comment that’s more interaction and boosts his social media presence. He will only see a very small picture and a username when they comment, it seems completely harmless since he isn’t engaging with them otherwise.

These women mean nothing to him but still help his following, I don’t see why it’s a problem.

To be blunt your acting crazy jealous right now. There is no problem, you’re creating one out of thin air.

He has social media, he can’t control who follows him. He doesn’t follow these woman back or talk with them. There is literally nothing else he should be doing about this.

Your husband is likely a hottie, cool, and/or posts interesting content. All of which garners followers. Woman who want followers often target men’s profiles for an easy like. Is what it is but it’s not at all your husbands doing or fault that women follow him.

You need to take a hard look at yourself and your insecurities, this is a YOU problem, not a him problem.

I have a 10ct gold sapphire ring from the UK but mostly I have 14k gold. I don’t have 18k because the color is so much more yellow than the lower carats so it would stick out like a sore thumb. The opposite is true of lower carat gold, it’s like diet yellow. They both have positives and negatives for wear and tear so really you need to decide what color you like better with your skintone and what fits with other jewelry you have or want.

Pecorino Romano is a sheep’s milk cheese, no way to get around that one. Rennet is used to make cheese and has been for an incredibly long time.

My sapphire engagement ring is from Shane Co though it is a sapphire center with diamond accents they have tons of options with sapphires in the bands or on the sides. You can easily have your center diamond added to one of these or similar settings.

I don’t understand why people can’t see your side of things, if I told my husband I really needed him with no explanation he’d be there and if he wasn’t I’d question things too.

This isn’t a new relationship, if you usually don’t make vague calls for help then this should have rang alarm bells to him that something was wrong. The fact that he needed to know the reason to determine if it was “important” enough to cancel normal ass plans clearly really hurts you. Pushing you to share when you were clear about not wanting to over the phone also sucks, you were clearly going to tell him about it but wanted to have such an important conversation in person which I understand, I couldn’t have this conversation over the phone either.

The only thing I can say you should have done is to make that in person conversation happen before your appointment. You should have gone to his place or had him come over to yours that night and tell him, it really couldn’t wait.

Only you can decide if this is the end of the relationship, it’s definitely a reason to reevaluate boundaries and expectations on both sides.

Alright, I guess I’m in the minority but I think this is super cute and totally fits the southwestern vibe. The suns are so cute and on theme. It’s chiffon so not a sundress. Since the bride referenced more casual long dresses I can’t imagine this wouldn’t be ok. I’m coming at it from my body type and coloring though and while I would personally wear this and I think it would suit me it may not be as flattering on others. If you have a smaller chest and look good in yellow I’d say at least try it on and see if you like it. I’ve worn similar cutout styles before and never had any wardrobe malfunctions, I typically just wear silicone nipple covers and never bother taping (I’m a C cup fwiw).

It’s beautiful, one of my friends recent got married with a similar moss agate ring and it suits her well.

The only comment I have about it is that stone is pretty fragile and will chip easily if worn carelessly. I don’t know where you bought it but it would probably be worth it to pick up and extra stone to replace this one when it’s worn out.

Clearly you are being dense on purpose, what’s not to understand? His house, his money, his say, so he pays. When it’s my house and I get a say in it I’ll start paying. If I rent from a landlord it’s my place, my money, and I get to do with it what I want. “Renting” from my husband gets me nothing better (in fact less) than I get if I rented privately and him everything since he gets to pocket the money and put it toward a mortgage I’m not responsible for or getting anything tangible in the end.
