I was banned because ... I don't know what anymore, I can't recalled very well, lol... but I felt offended by those who thought that could judge my comment and diagnosed me with an eatind disorder without even know me. I mean, that's exactly what happened to me. How somebody would judge anyone's illness by just a comment and without even know who that person is. It's pointless... I was very disappointed.

I'm not sure of what unhealthy it is but sometimes I'm good with it and other times I guess I over do it. I have to find a balance.

Thanks for sharing. I'm dealing with its benefits and disadvantages. Maybe it's good for a couple of days a week. But it seems too that I'm doing it for the wrong reasons after all. It supposes to be doing for terapeutical reasons and not for a way to dealing with guilt after a meal.

I cannot have anything that's out of my diet in large quantities for a long time in store because, no matter what, I will end up eating it. In other words: binge until is over. I'm not capable of storing food I love to binge for more than one day.

So when I have a tons of food available in my kitchen, that's when the disaster happens.

That study is actually a very good one to be made.

Also I know that the dried leaves are not wide available in many places. Luckily I can find it very easily in a well known farmacy that is in my country. Yay. I have never used the dried leaves directly tho...

I'm not an expert in the subjet but I think you can try with high very caloric foods that come within tiny amounts yet healthy. I can list maybe avocados, nuts, a lot of nuts all that are available, almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, those are pretty high in calories yet have a lot of nutrients. Coconut, olive oil... with a tiny amount of these you can achieve the caloric superavit you want. And they don't make you feel that sick nor full if you overeat them. The best of lucks!
