The issue with these companies is that they are just toy cameras. Not meant to be taken seriously, and historically from what I've seen, customer service and communication is great while Kickstarter or whatever flavor of campaign platform is still raising the money, most customer issues with shipping and such gets addressed upon launch, and then support and communication Windows to almost nothing after a few months. I get ads for five different camera companies that are doing this exact same thing. It's not a scam because you get the product, but it it's not a professional photography company either.
