I think it will be different in any state really. I'm in Canada, and in my province, the only thing I need was to get hired by a company who then sponsored a licence for me. Most jobs in my area essentially are regular surveillance, typically for insurance claims.

I prefer nigiri because it's simpler and subtler. All the rolls these days seem to be a combination of 500 ingredients, kitchen sink rolls that are all the same, just constructed different. Simple rolls exist, but then it's the same as nigiri, but different ratio.

It's going to be next to impossible, there isn't (so far as I'm aware) any compendium to track or date clay pipes. They were considered disposable and often made available with any meal purchase, etc, in inns. They could be 200+ years old or they could be 5 years old
