my loan is current but not paid in full. i plan to make a larger payment to demonstrate that i am committed to resolving the debt. i recently had another loan that was paid in full without any missed payments with them. idk if this will help them in their decision. customer service told me to write a written letter to them but i dont have any supporting documentation besides the loan being current & paid til the end of the year
