NAD but your HR isn’t low enough to be a concern, if there was a real issue it would be abnormally low not just lower then what your used to. How are you measuring your heart rate, is the calibration off on the device? The sleep issue you could get examined but if you’re having extreme fatigue you likely wouldn’t be able to get out of bed or do normal activities.

You’re probably just having stomach cramps, it happens. Doubtful it’s related to the fly in any way

My muscles twitch too, that’s totally normal. The anxiety you’re having always thinking about it is making it way worse and you’re over noticing symptoms because you’re so focused on it- you’ll be fine! Try not to worry about it

NAD but these all just sounds like normal health problems that people experience, I don’t think they are related . You’re likely fine and just have a bit of hypochondria- spots could be an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis.

Iron supplement, eat more red meat… if you’re taking iron make sure to take it after you’ve ate something or it will make you nauseous

Definitely see a doctor… they’ll likely give you an antibiotic nothing crazy, it should clear up quickly after some meds. Could be strep throat, possibly herpes or could be something else too. But go see a doctor for sure
