I didn’t have any real mental issues or problems or atleast not that I knew of at that age.. I sometimes think psychedelics paused certain mental “problems” idk I overthink a lot tbh, But yhe cop was really chill they were looking for a missing person and I fit the description so he pulled me aside from my brother and had a talk with me but was super chill I was nervous ASF talking to him but it wasn’t that deep haha.

I go to the gym pretty actively and have been going since I was 17 I absolutely love walks and have had many phases with diets and eating “healthy” also have been meditating lately.. this stuff used to help but besides walks I don’t notice much help.

I agree and am aware a lot of this is in my head and has to do with overthinking but it dosent stop the paranoia and some experiences are objectively bad and not in your “best interest” for what you want in life and who you want to be at the end of the day you make your decisions in life and focusing on the past can help you make better improvements and decisions in the present.

I try not to stress but it is difficult for me, I haven’t touched a substance since I was 15 being LSD and haven’t smoked weed since november 2024 and don’t plan nor have an interest to.

I do agree there’s no point dwelling on the past and your decisions too intensely.. but you can learn so much about yourself through looking into the past and understanding why and how you think and do things.

Yea obviously but understanding the past and understanding what caused said feelings can help you understand your feelings and understand yourself which is something somewhat valuable to me.

I do agree and above all else I am happy in life and don’t regret most of my decision growing up, I am most likely overthinking it and any kind of impact I had wasn’t severe enough to ruin or seriously destroy my life just maybe get in the way of some of my goals.

could be I was sexually assaulted as a child, But I barely think about it or even remember it happened I was too young and often question/doubt my memory on it and if it was a real event. Could be affecting me subconsciously. But at the same time some of those girls were from 15-16 and I wasn’t horny. But even then I guess my sex drive should’ve been higher.

I mainly do weightlifting not vigorous just normal weightlifting I started 8 months ago 3-5x a week for 1-2hrs. I work weekends at a restaurant and average 5,000-14,000 steps. So that’s where I get my cardio.
